[Perth, Western Australia] - Assuro is the 2022 winner of the Rio Tinto Growth Innovation Category at the WA Innovator of the Year (WAIOTY) Awards for bank guarantees and bonds made easy. The Growth Innovation Category recognises innovators in WA who have developed an outstanding innovative product, technology, process or service that is post-revenue.
Assuro is transforming the way Australians obtain bank guarantees. For the first time, businesses can apply for a bank guarantee from a source that is neither a bank nor owned by one. In doing so, Assuro has broken the strangle-hold banks have on financial guarantees and reimagined the quality of service and ease of obtaining these products.

Assuro allows companies to apply for and manage their bank guarantees, bonds and other financial guarantees, easily while keeping costs low.
The WAOTY Awards is an annual event that has showcased the state’s most innovative and entrepreneurial organisations since 2006. The Government-run initiative recognises and supports new and emerging businesses in WA whose innovation can benefit the economy, community or environment.
